Salt Fork State Park Cabin Improvements

Project included new and updated interior and exterior design for ODNR's cabin rentals. With this 2 phase project updates have included replacement of wood and CMU load bearing walls, structural steel repairs, concrete column repair and replacement, masonry tuck pointing, new windows, flashing, siding, flooring, painting, interior finishes such as updated electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Exterior updates included landscaping and detailed accessories.  Completed ahead of an already compressed schedule.
