Mount Aloysius Administration Addition - Design Build

This Design Build, ground up project included sitework, excavation, site utilities, foundations, CMU, brick veneer, wood framing, windows, doors with electric strikes and card readers with integrated access controls, electrical, roofing, plumbing and HVAC.

Project included new and updated interior and exterior design for ODNR's cabin rentals. With this 2 phase project updates have included replacement of wood and CMU load bearing walls, structural steel repairs, concrete column repair and replacement, masonry tuck pointing, new windows, flashing, siding, flooring, painting, interior finishes such as updated electrical, HVAC and plumbing.

Completion of project involved building 3 new CMU shower house / restrooms. Construction included sitework, foundations, slab on grade, CMU, framing, window and doors, flooring and paint, shingle roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and exterior updates.
