Burr Oak, Strouds Run, Lake Hope Statewide Restroom Improvements
This project involves the construction of modern flush restrooms at three separate parks, along with the installation of a pre-engineered vault latrine at Burr Oak Dock. Brasee Hall Nursing Renovations
Renovation encompasses everything from the demolition of existing structures to full upgrades in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Expert modifications to walls and ceilings, along with countertop installations to enhance both function and design.
John Bryan State Park Composting Restroom
Project completion includes new composting restroom with CMU structure, wood trusses and metal roof, metal doors and frames, interior finishes such as updated plumbing, electrical, HVAC and detailed accessories.
Delaware State Park Shower House Construction
Completion of project involved building 3 new CMU shower house / restrooms. Construction included sitework, foundations, slab on grade, CMU, framing, window and doors, flooring and paint, shingle roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and exterior updates.
Salt Fork State Park Cabin Improvements
Project included new and updated interior and exterior design for ODNR's cabin rentals. With this 2 phase project updates have included replacement of wood and CMU load bearing walls, structural steel repairs, concrete column repair and replacement, masonry tuck pointing, new windows, flashing, siding, flooring, painting, interior finishes such as updated electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
Mount Aloysius Administration Addition - Design Build
This Design Build, ground up project included sitework, excavation, site utilities, foundations, CMU, brick veneer, wood framing, windows, doors with electric strikes and card readers with integrated access controls, electrical, roofing, plumbing and HVAC.
