6,700 SF of new construction to create an oral surgery center.  Scope of work consisted of site preparation (hard surface roads, driveways, parking areas, site grading, and subsurface utilities), site concrete, slab on grade concrete, masonry, electric service and building wiring, building fire alarm systems and building HVAC systems.
